Hillary Clinton Supporters Place Signs of Support Near Her Home on Thanksgiving
The former presidential candidate called it a "heartwarming display."
-- Hillary Clinton's supporters remain steadfast in their admiration of the former Democratic presidential candidate.
On Thursday afternoon she tweeted a photo of more than a dozen signs planted on the street where she and Bill Clinton live in Chappaqua, a picturesque hamlet just north of New York City.
The handmade, colorful signs read, "Thank you, Hillary," "We are thankful for Hillary, an American hero" and "I'm with her," among other supportive messages and Thanksgiving greetings.
"I was greeted by this heartwarming display on the corner of my street today. Thank you to all of you who did this. Happy Thanksgiving. -H," Clinton tweeted.
Earlier in the day she tweeted, "Hoping everyone has a safe & Happy Thanksgiving today, & quality time with family & friends. -H."
