Hillary’s ‘Great at Being the Victim,’ Jeb Bush Says About Trump Comments
Bush made the remarks in response to being asked about Trump's controvers
BERLIN, NH -- Republican candidate Jeb Bush said that Hillary Clinton is "great at being the victim" after he was asked about controversial remarks the real estate mogul made about the former First Lady.
During an appearance in Michigan, Trump used a sexually derogatory remark referring to Clinton's 2008 campaign performance.
"Even a race to Obama, she was gonna beat Obama. I don't know who would be worse, I don't know, how could it be worse?" he told the crowd. "She was favored to win and she got [expletive], she lost, I mean she lost," he told the crowd.
Speaking after a town Hall in New Hampshire today, Bush denounced Trump, calling him a "chaos candidate" and, rather than coming to her defense, went on to slam Clinton.
"She’s great at being the victim. You know the victim, this will enhance her victimology status this is what, this is what she loves doing," he said.
When pressed by ABC News on whether or not such a term was an example of victimizing language, Bush chose not to answer directly.
"I’m saying that she will use this in a way that uh, won’t be helpful to our cause," he answered.
Bush did, however, say that Trump's statements were not going to get him elected president.
"It's not a sign of strength to insult people with profanities," Bush said. "For crying out loud, we're two days before Christmas. Lighten up man."
