Why You May See a Lot of Donalds, Hillarys and Bernies This Halloween
Politics-themed Halloween costumes are the 10th most popular pick.
-- It’s no surprise Donald Trump is among the top Halloween picks this season -- with costumes and accessories selling out well before the holiday.
But he won’t be the only presidential candidate knocking on your door.
According to a survey conducted by the National Retail Federation, politics-themed Halloween costumes are the 10th most popular pick among adults this year.
Halloween-goers will also have a chance to embrace their inner ("Sexy") Bernie Sanders.
For those looking to wear something a little less revealing, Hillary Clinton and Ben Carson have got you covered.
Clinton’s campaign team put together five do-it-yourself costumes that showcase a different decade in the presidential candidate’s life -- from her early years in Park Ridge, Illinois, to a look from the 1995 U.N. Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing.
And if a look from Clinton’s past isn’t for you, you can dress up in the "Official Ben Carson Scrub Top" costume that Carson’s campaign is selling on its website.
