Trump Says Only Way Clinton Will Win Pennsylvania Is 'Cheating'
Donald Trump said he's going to "watch" voting in Pennsylvania.
-- Donald Trump continued to hammer home his suggestion that there will likely be Election Day shenanigans -- saying during a rally in Altoona, Pa. Friday evening that the only way Hillary Clinton will win the state is if there is "cheating" during the voting process.
"We're gonna watch Pennsylvania," Trump said. "Go down to certain areas and watch and study and make sure other people don't come in and vote five times."
Trump went on to say that "the only way" he can lose in Pennsylvania is if there is cheating.
"I really believe it," he said.
Trump, who said recently he didn't "know that we need to get out the vote. I think people that really want to vote, they will just get up and they’re going to get out and they’re going to vote for Trump”, said tonight in the Altoona rally that his supporters should go watch the polling locations, fearful that volunteers would allow some to vote multiple times and perhaps not for Trump.
Trump has repeatedly claimed that both the primary process on the Democratic side and more recently, the general election, were rigged.
Meanwhile, Clinton has built up a significant lead in several crucial battleground states, according to a new NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll released today.
The Democratic presidential nominee now has double-digit margins over Trump in two states, with a 13-point advantage in Virginia and 14-point lead in Colorado. Clinton also leads Trump in Florida and North Carolina, by 5 points and 9 points, respectively.
Earlier this week, Clinton had a 9-point lead over Trump in Pennsylvania, according to an NBC/WSJ/Marist poll.
