ABC’s “The View” averaged 2.970 million Total Viewers, 612,000 Women 25-54 and 425,000 Women 18-49 during the week of February 15, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “The View” beat CBS’ “The Talk” (590,000 and 404,000, respectively) in both Women 25-54 (+22,000) and Women 18-49 (+21,000). In fact, “The View” outdelivered the CBS program in Women 18-49 for the 2nd week in a row and for the 5th time in the last 7 weeks.
“The View” was up week to week in Women 25-54 (612,000 vs. 609,000 for w/o 2/8/15), delivering its 2nd-best Women 25-54 performance of the season.
On Monday, “The View” scored its most-watched telecast (3.437 million on 2/15/16) in nearly 1 year – since 2/23/15.
Compared to its performance during the 2015 November Sweep (2.591 million, 526,000 and 388,000, respectively), “The View” out-delivered the month in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+379,000), Women 25-54 (+86,000) and Women 18-49 (+37,000). In fact, “The View” has out-delivered its November Sweep performance across the board in all 7 weeks of 2016.
