ABC’s “The View” Outperforms CBS’ “The Talk” in All Key Demos Delivering its Largest Total Viewer Lead in Over 4 Months

— -- ABC’s “The View” averaged 2.569 million Total Viewers, 487,000 Women 25-54 and 428,000 Women 18-49 during the week of April 13, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “The View” outperformed CBS’ “The Talk” (2.094 million, 433,000 and 341,000, respectively) during the week in Total Viewers (+475,000), Women 25-54 (+54,000) and Women 18-49 (+87,000), delivering its largest Total Viewer lead in more than 4 months – since week of 11/24/14. In fact, it was “The View’s” 2nd-largest advantage over “The Talk” this season.

“The View” saw double-digit increases week-to-week (2.225 million, 441,000 and 347,000, respectively) across all key target demos: Total Viewers (+15%), Women 25-54 (+10%) and Women 18-49 (+23%).

Season to date, “The View” is leading CBS’ “The Talk” in all key demos: Total Viewers (+182,000), Women 25-54 (+14,000) and Women 18-49 (+30,000). Week of April 13, 2015:
