Flirting Boyfriend: What Would You Do, Take Two

Jealousies flare as one couple's relationship is put to the test.

March 3, 2008— -- As Daniel and Victoria enjoyed a dinner last year at a Brooklyn, N.Y., restaurant, they watched a man passionately kiss his girlfriend at a nearby table -- then take a call from his wife.

They at first had no idea that the man and his girlfriend were both actors and that their own reaction was being videotaped. Victoria laid down the law to Daniel that day about what she would do if he ever did that to her.

"If that ever happens," she said. "I'll kill you." Daniel said he understood. "No, seriously, I'll kill you. I'll come … I'll find you … and I will kill you. Best to believe, I'm not playing."

So a year and a half later, we started to wonder about Victoria. What would she do if a waitress started flirting with her man?

We decided to find out by taking Daniel into our confidence.

He lured Victoria to a restaurant. She had no idea that it was rigged with hidden cameras, microphones and an actress playing a waitress who was about to hit on Victoria's boyfriend.

'I Can't Even Look at You Right Now'

Ambre, our actress, began by telling Daniel he looked familiar. She said he looked like a really cute actor, but she couldn't remember the name. Victoria said that was "a first," and Daniel said it was the first time anyone had said that to him. Ambre said she'd try to remember the actor's name and touched Daniel's arm as she walked away.

When Ambre returned, Victoria couldn't believe her ears when Ambre suggested that Daniel try modeling. Victoria noticed subtle flirting signs, but Daniel tried to remain the loyal boyfriend.

"Baby, all I want is you at the end of the night," he told her.

"I can't even look at you right now because you're talking to her," Victoria replied.

Under stress, Victoria chugged her wine. When the waitress returned, she seemed to pour fuel on the flames. Ambre suddenly "remembered" who Daniel reminded her of -- a cross between Will Smith and Jamie Foxx. Victoria erupted in laughter. Daniel told her he wished he had their money. And even though Daniel knew our waitress was paid to flirt with him, he couldn't help flirting back. He told Ambre she was an excellent waitress.

Victoria wanted to know why he was complimenting her. He said he believed in complimenting waitresses.

Victoria responded, "You're so full of s**t."

Enough Is Enough

Emboldened, Ambre made her most brazen move yet. She handed her phone number to Daniel right in front of Victoria, his longtime girlfriend, and offered to help him get into modeling. Victoria's jaw dropped, and when the waitress turned her back, she took offensive action. She ripped up the phone number and threatened to set it on fire but said because she didn't want to burn the place down, settled on throwing it into a water glass.

Daniel protested and told her it was just business.

"Is she an agent?" Victoria asked. "Can she find you work? Is she SAG affiliated? I mean what the f**k. I mean, seriously. What the f**k does she do?"

Victoria was mad, but she did not say anything to the waitress herself. So we decided to push things just a little further. Our waitress told Daniel she wanted to take a picture of them together.

Victoria couldn't quite believe it, but she took a humorous approach and said she would love to take a picture of the both of them. But first, she took a picture of herself.

Relationship coach Donna Barnes thought that was a good idea.

"She actually did great in that she was engaging with the waitress herself," Barnes said, "and making her acknowledge her presence and that she was there as well. It's funny that she's now putting pictures of herself on this woman's cell phone and that they're a package, they come together. That's like, 'Yeah, remember he's mine. You know, you can have his picture, but I'm here, too.'"

By now, Victoria had had enough and told Daniel she was going to blow. "If I see her again, I may strangle her," she said.

It was time to tell Victoria she'd been had -- for the second time. John Quinones turned the corner with his camera crew and descended on the couple.

"Remember me?" he asked. "Oh, my God," Victoria screamed. "Oh, my God!"

Victoria said she was about to strangle Daniel. She could not believe she was fooled again. We asked her if Ambre made her jealous.

"Of course I was jealous!" she said. "Come on! I mean, it's not like she was ugly or anything. She's beautiful! So I was sitting there like, 'Oh my God, what the hell is going on here? Are you on a date with me, or with her?' Like, switch!"

Victoria said she thought Daniel should have cut off the conversation. But in his own defense, Daniel said the shoe had been on the other foot plenty of times. "I got her here, you know what I mean? And I'm gonna pay for it later," Daniel said.
