Mary Fulginiti
-- Mary Fulginiti joined ABC News in November 2006 as a Correspondent. Ms. Fulginiti will report on legal and investigative issues primarily for "Primetime," as well as other ABC platforms including "Good Morning America."
Ms. Fulginiti has appeared as a legal analyst on CNN, MSNBC, Court TV and FOX News dissecting many high-profile criminal cases.
She joins ABC News with over 15 years of legal experience, practicing in the area of civil and criminal litigation involving Fortune 500 companies, motion picture studios, and prominent individuals.
Before ABC News, she was with the Jones Day law firm, where she practiced white collar criminal defense. From 1996-2000, Ms. Fulginiti served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Los Angeles, where she was responsible for investigations and prosecutions related to bank robbery, homicide, narcotics trafficking, bank fraud, money laundering, and tax fraud. She has tried and argued numerous cases in United States Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and handled investigations in the United States and abroad. She has worked with federal agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Secret Service, the Internal Revenue Service and the Bureau of Prisons.
Ms. Fulginiti received her law degree from Georgetown University and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
