Dez Bryant out 4-6 weeks (broken foot)
-- Dallas All-Pro receiver Dez Bryant has a fractured right foot that will require surgery and the Cowboys expect him to miss four to six weeks, according to owner Jerry Jones.
Bryant was injured in the second half after missing time in the first half because of dehydration in the Cowboys' season-opening 27-26 comeback victory over the Giants Sunday night. He was wearing a walking boot in the locker room after being sidelined by the injury.
Tony Romo led a 72-yard drive for the winning score in the last 2 minutes without his star receiver. Running back Lance Dunbar started the decisive march with two catches for 40 yards, and tight end Jason Witten had the winning catch from 11 yards with 7 seconds left.
As his teammates returned to the locker room, Bryant burst out of the locker room, hopping on one foot and congratulating teammates.
Bryant led the NFL with 16 receiving touchdowns last season and started the year with more TDs than anyone in the NFL since coming into the league in 2010.
