July 21, 2010— -- Microsoft says its new motion-sensing game controller The Kinect will cost $150 when it goes on sale Nov. 4. The Kinect system recognizes users' gestures and voices, so you can control games simply by moving or speaking. The system will come packaged with one game.

"The most outstanding thing about this is that the magazine is very artistic looking. The pages look like pages you can actually turn, as you swipe with your finger. It looks like the page is actually creasing in the middle, flipping over," Boehret said. "A lot of thought went into the design that you're actually seeing in your personal magazine." Facebook is one of the most popular sites on the web, but it also may be one of the most hated. A new survey of customer satisfaction rates Facebook in the bottom 5 percent of private businesses and in the same range as airlines and cable companies. The site has faced backlash recently over its privacy policy and frequent changes

Beer-Fetching Robot

Hate getting off the couch to grab a drink during your favorite show or the big game? You need the Beer-Bot. Workers at a company called Willow Garage have programmed this robot to go to the fridge, pick the right beer and bring it to them. It will even open the bottle for you.
