iPod Touch Review

Apple started selling its new line of iPods this week, including a revamped Touch, with front and rear cameras, FaceTime video and HD video recording. Apple CEO Steve Jobs calls it an "iPhone without a contract." USA Today's Ed Baig says it comes close.

"I don't think it's a 24/7 cell phone replacement to have with you, but you can make calls in a pinch," he said. "FaceTime video, but also regular phone calls using such third-party apps as Skype and Line2. As long as you have a decent Wi-Fi connection, the quality is certainly not bad."
