Adobe recently released its new video editing software. Premiere Elements 9 has new features including the ability to edit video from Flip cameras and to turn your footage into cartoons.The Wall Street Journal's Katie Boehret says the program produces good-looking results, but takes time to learn.
"You kind of have to test things out as you go and try them out," Boehret said. "So you're figuring out how to use the editing process instead of actually using it and having fun trying a bunch of different effects."
The software costs $79 after a $20 mail-in rebate.
