Visa iPhone App, Online Video School

Dec. 17, 2010— -- A new report is calling for an online privacy bill of rights. The Obama administration has issued a proposal to protect our personal information. It suggests rules requiring companies to give clear notice about what data they're collecting and how they're using it, while giving customers a chance to opt out. Any new rules would require Congressional action.
