The Motorola Razr2 V8 offers an attractive design and a useful feature set including stereo Bluetooth and world phone support. Also, its call, music, and photo performance are quite good. The Motorola Razr2 V8 doesn't fully utilize its external display or controls, and its menu structure is confusing. Also, it's the only Razr2 without support for 3G networks. The Motorola Razr2 V8 may be one of the prettiest Razr2s around, but it's not nearly as smart.
