L William Seidman, 88 -- Former chairman, FDIC.

Appointed by President Reagan, Seidman is best known for leading the federal response to the savings and loan crisis of the late '80s.

Hugh Van Es, 67 -- Photojournalist, who captured iconic image of the fall of Saigon.

Wayman Tisdale, 44 -- Basketball star and jazz musicisian.
