Arrested Protester Wanted to Grab Mic, Yell 'Donald Trump Is a Racist,' Police Report Says

Thomas Dimassimo was released on bail Saturday evening.

After Thomas Dimassimo was taken into custody, he told police he had "preplanned" the incident, the Dayton Police Department report said.

DiMassimo, 22, said he had even given his car keys to his girlfriend before the rally so she could take his car home, according to the report.

DiMassimo told police he “had no intention of hurting anyone," the police report said.

"I was ready for him, but it's much easier if the cops do it, don’t we agree?" Trump said to the cheering crowd.

Dimassimo was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and inducing panic.

He was released on bail Saturday evening. It was unclear whether he entered a plea or has an attorney.

ABC News was unable to find a telephone number for Dimassimo and calls to the numbers listed for his parents weren't returned.
