Artist Recreates da Vinci's 'The Last Supper' Using French Fries, Ketchup

Time-lapse video shows the artist recreating the da Vinci painting.

Using french fries as brushes and ketchup as paint, Mil Cannon recreated Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper."

"He's been in the pop culture video scene for many years, but he said recently he wanted to put more purpose behind his art," Vinyard said.

He added that Cannon was "very passionate, focused and wants to do good and use his talents as a filmmaker and artist to help others."

The video, which Cannon finished in three hours, is meant to highlight how much people spend on fast food and that $5 people can spare can go a long way, Cannon told ABC News today.

"For $5, SERV can feed 100 people who are starving," he said.

He added he hopes the work will inspire people to give in light of Easter coming up.
