Black Bear Gets Trapped Inside Car, and Car Damage Ensues
The animal was OK, but the car wasn't so lucky.
-- Officials in suburban Denver helped to free a bear – after the animal got stuck inside of a car.
Sheriff’s office authorities and state wildlife officials found the bear Monday trapped inside a black sedan in Castle Pines North, Douglas County.
The black bear could be seen on the car’s front passenger side – the windshield smashed, the interior damaged.
But the bear seemed to be doing OK.
“Bear unharmed, car was not!” the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office wrote on Twitter.
