-- Dallas Police Headquarters was riddled with bullet holes Saturday in the wake of a gunman's overnight attack and shootout with officers.
The suspect, who opened fire on Dallas officers outside police headquarters early Saturday morning, has been confirmed dead by police.
No officers were injured in the incident.
"We believe this suspect meant to kill officers," Dallas Police Chief David Brown said at a news conference. "We barely survived the intent of this suspect."
