Grocery Store Creates Massive 'Super Mario Bros' Display From Soda Boxes

The display features a 15-feet-tall Mario, Luigi and Toadstool.

The massive installation, about 20-feet-long and 15-feet-high, features a giant Mario, Luigi and Toadstool made entirely from 12-pack boxes of Coca-Cola sodas, according to Austin Hughes, a floor manager at the Orange Street Farm Food market.

"We have a Coca-Cola distributor who comes to us and creates these really interesting designs for us," Hughes, 24, told ABC News. "Mario came up last Tuesday and he's been hanging out ever since."

It took workers over six hours to create the display, Hughes said. A photo of the soda-box exhibit taken by shopper Cassidy Tucker has gotten over 1.6 million views on Reddit.

Hughes said the store has featured soda-box art pieces in the past, including a giant face of Jack Skellington from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" as well as Batman and Superman logos to celebrate the release of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."
