1 Killed, 5 Injured in Shooting at ZombiCon in Florida

-- A 20-year-old man was killed and five others were wounded in a shooting at a zombie-themed street festival in Florida, police said.
The shooting happened at ZombiCon in downtown Fort Myers about 11:45 p.m. Saturday, the Fort Myers Police Department said. Police identified the man who was killed as Expavious Tyrell Taylor of Okeechobee, Florida.
The five injured had non-life-threatening injuries, said police.
Police would not say whether a suspect was in custody.
Zombicon, described on its website as a "zombie-themed music and art fest," issued a statement about the incident on its Facebook page, saying: “The organizers of Zombicon, Pushing DaiZies, Inc. are deeply saddened by the news of what happened within the footprint of our event. We take the safety of our patrons very seriously and take precautions in hiring security and police officers for our annual event. Our prayers go out to the family members and individuals involved in the incident.”
