-- Now he has a new rap.
Megastar emcee Diddy was arrested for assault Monday after a fight involving a kettlebell weight on the UCLA campus, police said
According to a statement from the school's police department, the fight happened at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex just after 12:30 p.m.
It was not clear who was involved or what sparked the fight, but Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery, according to UCLA.
Police said that no one was seriously injured in the dustup.
Diddy was taken to the LA County Sheriff's Office for processing and was later released, authorities said. His next court date is July 13.
TMZ reported that the victim was one of the football coaches, but ABC News could not immediately confirm that.
"I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation," football coach Jim Mora said in a statement. "This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time."
Reps for the rapper did not immediately comment.
