A cheeky Craigslist user posted photos of a sinkhole, advertising it as the "best deal in San Francisco," a one-bedroom steal in the Inner Richmond neighborhood for only $2,800.
"Just opened up, act fast," the ad reads.
The unique, 60 square foot space "allows for creative interior arrangements," according to the wannabe landlord, and the one-bedroom is also near major bus lines and close to coffee shops and a park.
