The "Billy Madison" and "Grown Ups" star topped the list by having a string of movies that have been less than stellar at the box office, but still commanding a paycheck "north of $15 million," according to Forbes.
The top five were rounded out by Katherine Heigl, Reese Witherspoon, Nicolas Cage and Kevin James.
The magazine said they compiled the list by looking at the last three movies each actor starred in over the last three years and factors including pay, movie budgets and expenses.
I bet Happy Gilmore is still pretty happy.

No word from Michele on what the song is about, but the actress did have a tough year with the death of her boyfriend and "Glee" co-star Cory Monteith in July.
But it seems the powerhouse vocalist is bouncing back from the breakdown. The song's refrain goes, "I got this new beginning and I will fly, I'll fly like a cannonball." Social Climber loves it.
