— -- 1. It's 'Possible' Hillary Clinton Could Be Better President than GOP Pick, Charles Koch Says

It's a nightmare scenario for Republicans, but conservative billionaire Charles Koch says "it's possible" Hillary Clinton could make a better president than the remaining candidates in the GOP primary.

Koch, one of the most influential and controversial forces in Republican politics, said in an exclusive interview with ABC News that aired Sunday on "This Week" that he believed Bill Clinton was a better president "in some ways" than George W. Bush.

"In other ways, I mean [Clinton] wasn't an exemplar. But as far as the growth of government, the increase in spending," Koch said. "It was 2.5 times [more] under Bush than it was under Clinton."

In his interview, Koch said that is a result of his disgust with the rhetoric in the Republican primary, and he even suggested Clinton could be a better choice for the country than the remaining crop of GOP candidates.

"It's possible," Koch said, but didn't say whether he could see himself supporting Clinton in the 2016 cycle.

2. Ted Cruz Says Not Having 'Bathroom Bill' Is 'Opening the Door for Predators'

Ted Cruz held firm Saturday in his support of the North Carolina's bathroom bill, saying not having such laws was "opening the door for predators."

The Republican presidential candidate has steadfastly supported the law, which says people must use public restrooms designated for the sex on their birth certificate, not the gender they may identify as. The law has been called discriminatory against transgender people, and has resulted in criticism and boycotts of the state.

"There is no greater evil than predators and if the law says that any man, if he chooses can enter a women's restroom, a little girl's restroom and stay there and he cannot be removed because he simply says at that moment he feels like a woman, you're opening the door for predators," Cruz said.

3. Solar-Powered Plane Successfully Crosses Pacific Ocean, Lands in California

A solar-powered airplane's journey across the Pacific Ocean ended Saturday with a successful landing in Mountain View, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Swiss aeronaut Bertrand Piccard landed the Solar Impulse 2 at Moffett Airfield at 11:45 p.m. PT after 62 hours of flying without fuel.

The plane, which left Hawaii on Thursday bound for California, was just a part of two pilots' attempt at flying around the world in a solar plane.

The trip began in March 2015 from Abu Dhabi and then stopped in Oman, Myanmar, China and Japan, before flying over the Pacific Ocean and reaching Hawaii in July 2015.

4. Royals William, Kate and Harry Announce New Mental Health Initiative

Prince William, Princess Kate and Prince Harry capped a busy week by launching a new joint initiative, The Heads Together Campaign to help tackle the stigma surrounding mental illness

"Mental health is just as important as physical health," Kate says in a video announcing the new initiative. The duchess has been an outspoken proponent of mental health awareness

Filmed in Kensington Palace three days ago, the video was released to tie in with the London Marathon today. Several of the royal trio's charities have gotten involved to support the initiative.

"We can all play our part by talking and listening to each other and helping each other find support," said Harry, who is hoping to destigmatize the issue for current members of military and former service members.

William summarized their mission: "Let's get our heads together and change the conversation on mental health."
