Alleged Krazy Glue Assault Victim Faces Child Abuse Charges

Man whose genitals were allegedly glued by spurned women faces charges.

Aug. 5, 2009 -- The married Wisconsin man who was allegedly lured to a hotel room and then attacked by his wife and three other women is behind bars on accusations of child abuse and other charges.

"It is a case that keeps getting stranger," Fond du Lac Police Capt. Steve Klein said.

The 36-year-old Fond du Lac man was arrested on allegations that also include theft, unlawful phone use and harassment with a death threat in a domestic abuse investigation, Fond du Lac Police Capt. Steve Klein said today.

"We are talking about a some potential serious charges. We are talking about child abuse and domestic abuse. Those are both very serious issues," Klein told ABC Green Bay affiliate WBAY-TV.

Klein said the man was arrested Tuesday after his 30-year-old wife made the allegations to police. He said the child abuse allegation involved one of his children.

"We started investigating some allegations made earlier this week by his estranged wife," Klein said. "We developed probable cause to take the subject into custody.

The man, who ABCNews.com is not identifying because he is allegedly the victim of a sexual assault, also has a felony case pending from 2006, when he was charged with the repeated sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.

Revenge Plot Allegedly Carried Out

The man's troubles with the four women began when he started wooing two women simultaneously, unbeknownst to his wife.

Therese Ziemann, one of the man's alleged girlfriends told police she met him online through a Craigslist ad and subsequently fell in love with him. She also said she had given him about $3,000, according to the Appleton, Wis., Post-Crescent.

Ziemann's illusions were shattered after she was contacted by his wife, who reportedly told Ziemann that her husband was also seeing other women on the side and that he used women for their money.

Working together, the man's wife, Ziemann and two other women, one also alleged to be his lover, hatched a plot to seek revenge, police said.

Ziemann allegedly kicked off the plan by luring the man to a motel room last Thursday and convincing him to agree to be bound and blindfolded by promising him a massage.

But instead, police said, she cut off his underwear and sent a text message to the man's wife, Wendy Sewell and Michelle Belliveau to enter the room.

When the women came into the room, they allegedly attacked him and applied Krazy Glue to sensitive body parts.

According to reports, they asked the man which woman he loved more, which one he wanted to grow old with, slapped him in the face and then said, "Can you handle that?"

The man was finally released after he started screaming, police said, and the women allegedly fled with his cell phone, wallet and car.

Sewell, 43, of Kaukauna; Ziemann, 48, of Menasha; Michelle Belliveau, 43, of Neenah; and the man's wife are all charged with being party to false imprisonment, a felony. Ziemann also is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.

The women are all free on $200 cash. Investigators say all the women but Belliveau were romantically involved with the man.

"I am disturbed. I am upset. I am having a hard time handling life; an emotional wreck," Sewell told The Associated Press in a telephone interview Monday from her home. "I am ashamed."

She said Ziemann and Belliveau are sisters and claimed Belliveau didn't do anything wrong.

"She was just there for moral support," Sewell said. "She wasn't even dating the guy. She stood at the door the whole time and didn't participate or nothing."

Ziemann, Sewell and Belliveau are scheduled to appear in Calumet County court Monday.

The man's wife is due to return to court Aug. 17.
