Super Bowl: Green Bay is Tougher Than Steel, Black Eyed Peas Are Not
TiVO and Tweetbeats calculate the game's most popular ads.
Feb. 7, 2011 -- It was a glorious night for fans of the green and gold-- unless you were one of more than 1200 ticketholders to get booted from your seats.
"We drove from Green Bay, Wisconsin, through bad, bad weather to get here and we can't get in. They're holding them like animals outside of that gate. Like cows," said one female ticketholder.
The fire marshal deemed four sections of temporary seating unsafe. The NFL found new seats for 850 of the fans, but 400 were locked out. All were promised a refund of three times the ticket value, but for some no price was worth the chance to witness the championship.
"But we have this letter refunding our money back which we don't care about. We just want our seats," said another ticket holder.
The NFL apologized, saying "The safety of fans attending the Super Bowl was paramount in making the decision...We will conduct a full review of this matter."
Those watching the game on television got to enjoy several advertisements. In fact, a third of people said they waited until the commercials were over to take a bathroom break.
TiVo tracked the most watched ads and big plays from last night's Super Bowl by taking data from approximately 30,000 anonymous households with TiVo's service.

Musical Mistakes
Those lucky enough to get inside the stadium witnessed quite a few fumbles by celebrities. First, Christina Aguilera flubbed the national anthem, repeating the same line twice. Then during the half time show, the Black Eyed Peas had mic problems and were just plain out of tune.
The peas weren't the only celebs at the game. Jennifer Aniston, Harrison Ford, Michael Douglas and Catherine-Zeta Jones, Ashton Kutcher and even George W. Bush and Laura Bush.
But when the clock ran out, it was clear who the real stars were. The final score was 25 to 31 and the MVP was Aaron Rogers, the Packers' quarterback.
"This is a great day to be great baby!" said Greg Jennings, the Packers' wide receiver.
"You watch everyone else give the trophy a kiss, so I was very original and kissed the trophy," said Jennings.
Linebacker Clay Matthews told ABC News, "[My dad] was proud of me, and I felt great about that. I was really happy that [my parents] were here to experience this."
When asked what was next for him, Jennings said, "I think it's showtime, showbiz, lights camera action."
"The possibilities are endless," added Matthews.
