U.S. embassies and consulates in 19 cities across the Muslim world will be closed through Saturday, August 10 due to terror threats.

3. Train Derails in La., 100 Homes Evacuated

More than 20 cars of a Union Pacific train carrying hazardous materials derailed near Lawtell, Louisiana, forcing the evacuation of about 100 homes.
