As her nephew started turning blue, Pamela Rauseo panicked. She didn’t want anything bad to happen to 5-month-old Sebastian de la Cruz, who was born premature and with respiratory issues. So Rauseo stopped her SUV along Miami’s Dolphin Expressway Thursday and screamed for help.

2. Ukraine Announces Deal to End Crisis; Shots Fired in Kiev

Ukraine's presidency said Friday that it has negotiated an international deal intended to end battles between police and protesters that have killed scores and injured hundreds. It was unclear whether the deal would appease protesters, and shots rang out Friday morning in central Kiev.

3. 4 Dead in Shooting at Calif. Tribal Meeting

A woman opened fire during an eviction meeting at an American Indian tribal headquarters in California, police said. The shooting happened in the Cedarville Rancheria Tribal Office in Alturas. The suspected shooter, Sherie Lash, 44, is in custody, police said in a press release.
