1. Wisconsin Mom Dying of Cancer Writes Greeting Cards for Toddler’s Future Milestones

Heather McManamy, a cancer patient and mom, is determined to remain in her daughter's memory -- so determined that she's filling out greeting cards for the 4-year-old's future milestones.

“I did them from when she's older or younger -- random encouragement, bad day, wedding, driver license, even first breakup,” McManamy, 35, of McFarland, Wisconsin, told ABC News. "Every one of these that I get to hand out in person will be an accomplishment.”

2. Officer Threatened to 'Light Up' Sandra Bland After Traffic Stop, Dash Cam Video Shows

The officer who pulled over Sandra Bland just days before her death in jail told her that he "will light you up," apparently with a stun gun, one of the dramatic moments caught on newly released dash cam footage.

The footage, released Tuesday, shows a heated confrontation between Bland and the officer who stopped her for a traffic infraction although many portions of the incident occur out of view.

The Texas Department of Public Safety, which conducted the July 10 stop, released the footage just a day after the Waller County Sheriff made public three hours of video from inside the jail where Bland was found dead three days later.

"Anything that makes them look less crazy," Stewart quipped in return.

4. Cops Race Against the Clock to Save Kids From Hot, Locked Car in Pennsylvania

Police officers came to the rescue near Philadelphia Monday when two children were locked inside an SUV on a hot, summer day.

Witness Jason Graham, who shot video of the incident, told ABC News he was sitting in his car outside a community college building when he saw officers from the Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, Police about 20 feet away trying to jimmy open the door of an SUV.

On the opposite side of the SUV was a security officer also trying get the car open, Graham said.

Amy Schumer took to Twitter Tuesday to explain the "Trainwreck" joke that poked fun at Anne Hathaway.

"I love you Anne Hathaway. I have no problem selling out and telling you that that was @JuddApatow s joke he made me say! #truth," she tweeted Thursday.
