UMass Amherst Lifts Shelter in Place Order After Report of 'Armed' Man

"Please resume normal activities," campus authorities wrote.
The suspect was described by university police as wearing a dark-colored shirt and gold chain. Police said a second suspect, wearing a gray sweatshirt, was thought to be involved.
