-- Newly released video captures the moment when a man dashed onto the tarmac at Denver International Airport this summer, desperate to stop a plane departing without him.
The man, identified as 58-year-old Marc Rehmar, was accused of pushing open a secure emergency exit and running out onto a ramp area at the Denver airport Aug. 6, according to the Denver District Attorney's Office.

"The door triggered an alarm and airport employees and Denver police responded immediately," the DA's Office said in August.
Rehmar was initially charged with hindering public transportation and endangering public transportation, Lynn Kimbrough of the Denver District Attorney's Office told ABC News today. The initial charges were then dismissed Monday in exchange for a guilty plea to tampering, said Kimbrough.
Rehmar was sentenced to 2 years of probation and 100 hours of community service, Kimbrough said.
Rehmar's lawyer could not be immediately reached for comment.
