Has the Response to the Earthquake in Haiti Been Swift Enough?

Jan. 14, 2010 -- Nearly two days after the earthquake struck, how quickly have search and rescue teams been able to move people out of the rubble?
According to Dr. Irwin Redlener who heads up Columbia University's National Center for Disaster Preparedness, the response so far has been disappointing.
"It's frustrating," Redlener told ABC News. "The relief effort there today... could have, and should have, happened yesterday even with the problems at the airport."
There are reports of unanswered cries from children buried underneath the rubble and Haitians asking about their government's response and the response of the U.S. Our question to you today: Has the Response to the Earthquake in Haiti Been Swift Enough?
