The nominations for the 63rd annual Grammy Awards were announced on Tuesday, and Beyoncé leads the pack with nine nods, making her the most-nominated female in Grammys history.
The singer, who was recognized this year for her song, "Black Parade," her film "Black Is King" and her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion on the "Savage" remix, has earned 79 nominations and 24 wins throughout her career.
"Black Parade" was nominated in the coveted record of the year and song of the year categories.
Taylor Swift, Roddy Ricch and Dua Lipa followed closely behind Beyoncé with six nominations each. Lipa, who won best new artist last year, has nominations in the three major categories: record of the year, song of the year and album of the year for her album "Future Nostalgia."
Other nominees include Post Malone, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles and Billie Eilish, who won five of the six Grammys for which she was nominated at the 2020 Grammys. Country singer Mickey Guyton, who was nominated for best country solo performance, also made history Tuesday, becoming the first Black female solo artist to be nominated in any country category.
The winners of the show's 84 categories will be revealed during the live ceremony on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on CBS. The Recording Academy announced Tuesday that Trevor Noah will host the award show.
"Despite the fact that I am extremely disappointed that the Grammys have refused to have me sing or be nominated for best pop album, I am thrilled to be hosting this auspicious event," the comedian and award-winning television host said in a statement.
