Dwayne Johnson celebrates daughter's 5th birthday with sweet family video
He called his daughter Jasmine his "pride and joy."
Dwayne "The Rock” Johnson shared a touching tribute for his daughter Jasmine in honor of her fifth birthday on Wednesday.
Alongside an Instagram video featuring his family singing "Happy "Birthday" to Jasmine, Johnson, 48, wrote, "This lil’ tornado has no idea how much her and her baby sister anchors our soul.”
"Happy Birthday, Jazzy!! One day many years from now, you’ll see what I see...The gift that you are," his message continued. "We love you."
The video features Johnson carrying out a cake to Jasmine, while his mother, Ata Johnson, plays the ukulele and his wife, Lauren Hashian, sings along to the birthday tune.
Hashian holds the couple's younger daughter, 2-year-old Tiana, during the sweet family moment.
"Shout to Mama Rock @atajohnson 🎸 for keeping the ukulele rhythm and Wifey Mama @laurenhashianofficial for always coming in with that sweet harmony 🎶😊," Johnson wrote in the caption. "Big Daddy had to swoop in with the biggest papa bear birthday smooch 🐻 😘 ever to my pride and joy."
The actor and retired professional wrestler also detailed how the family’s celebration for Jasmine was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Like all of you families around the world, we’ve had to have very low key COVID birthday celebrations for our babies this year, but our love and mana will always be the strongest things that flow in this family,” he wrote. "In the end, that’s really all that matters.”
While in quarantine, the actor has shared several clips while spending time with his little ones. Fans loved the video he posted of his daughters doing their "nightly bedtime routine."
Johnson also has a 19-year-old daughter Simone from his previous marriage to Dany Garcia.
