Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom enjoy date night weeks after welcoming daughter Daisy Dove
The couple saw a movie while observing guidelines pertaining to COVID-19.
New parents Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were able to make time for a date night weeks after welcoming their daughter, Daisy Dove.
The couple was among the celebrities who took in a screening of "Borat Subsequent Moviefilm," the sequel to Sacha Baron Cohen's 2006 mockumentary, "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan."
Cohen posted a photo of Perry and Bloom, as well as Josh Gad, Ariana Grande and a few others posing with a nearly nude cutout of Cohen's Borat character and Cohen himself. He captioned it with the hashtag #driveindoubletestedboratscreening, which Grande later explained on Instagram was a "double tested/ covid safe/ drive in screening."
"Borat Subsequent Moviefilm" is set to be released Oct. 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
Perry, 35, and Bloom, 43, announced in August that their baby had arrived just before the singer dropped her new album, "Smile." "Daisies," incidentally, is also the name of one of Perry's new singles.
As for which parent the baby looks like, Bloom told Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month that when Daisy was born, he thought she was his "mini-me," but now she's starting to resemble her mother.
"Fortunately, she got those Katy blues," he said of her eyes.
