Reese Witherspoon shares her go-to smoothie recipe

Reese Witherspoon is sharing one of her favorite beauty secrets with her millions of Instagram followers. On Tuesday, the actress shared how to make her veggie-packed morning smoothie, which she swears "tastes so good."
The drink, which was inspired by nutritionist Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie recipe, includes spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, an apple, a banana, a lemon, a pear and coconut water.
Witherspoon also advised adding protein powder, almond butter or anything else green in the fridge.
"The person who told me about this recipe for the first time was Kerry Washington," she said. "I sat next to her at an awards show and I didn't really know her but I was like, 'Your skin is so beautiful. What do you do?' And she said, 'I think it's from this drink!'"
Witherspoon, 44, has documented her life at home during quarantine on social media, giving glimpses into her family life. She also divulged details of an exciting new work project -- Mindy Kaling has signed on to co-write "Legally Blonde 3," which stars Witherspoon.
