Rihanna covers Harper's Bazaar September 2020 issue like a true beauty boss
"Even in quarantine, Rihanna's style prevails," is a quote from the article.
Rihanna is a busy boss lady these days including just covering Harper's Bazaar's September 2020 issue.
On one of the main covers, she is photographed by Gray Sorrenti wearing striking red lipstick, a crisp white Fenty dress and a pearl beaded choker from Anabela Chan.
Styled by one of her longtime go-to stylists, Ursula Stephen, Rihanna topped her look with a cornrowed hairstyle that spirals around her head.
"At 32, Robyn Rihanna Fenty is already an icon," the publication wrote about the megastar. "But the secret to her success in the beauty business might lie in how she has reimagined what it means to be one."
There is also another cover where Rihanna poses in a fuzzy, fringed Bottega Veneta coat and dress while she steps through a backdrop including lots of greenery and mountains.
"Even in quarantine, Rihanna's style prevails," Harper's Bazaar captioned an image of the cover star.
There's another attention-grabbing photo of Rihanna not-so-casually taking out trash rocking a pair of dark shades and a graphic t-shirt from Artifact New York that reads "End Racism."
The news of Rihanna's captivating magazine cover comes on the heels of the release of the debut of her latest launched Fenty Skin collection.
"I've always seen the Fenty brand as more than just makeup, and I knew I wanted to make skincare from the very beginning. It was just about getting it right. You have to live with the formulas for a while and test them in different ways. It's very different from makeup in that sense. It takes a long time," Rihanna said in the cover story.
The award-winning singer and businesswoman also opened up about her mother's influence on her ventures into the beauty industry. "She knew everything about perfume, skin care and makeup. She never let me wear makeup, but I was secretly fascinated. So, when she'd leave home, I would play around with hers."
