Sally Hansen debuts Sour Patch Kids nail polish that looks like the sugar-spiked candies
The latest lineup of lacquers is inspired by popular Sour Patch Kids flavors.
Just in time for Halloween, Sally Hansen is launching a sweet line of lacquers candy lovers will appreciate.
The beauty brand has partnered with Sour Patch Kids to introduce a Halloween collection slated for release in Ulta Beauty, Walgreens and Amazon this fall.
Each shade is inspired by the candy brand's most popular flavors and will have Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri formula.
“We are so excited to partner with Sour Patch Kids, the perennial candy favorite that represents fun and playfulness," Sally Hansen's vice president of global marketing, Celia Tombalakian, said in a statement. "Our limited-edition collection brings to life the vibrant colors of the Sour Patch Kids in our best-selling Insta-Dri formula."
"The spooky, quick-drying shades arrive just in time for Halloween – the perfect occasion for DIY nails," she added.
The Sally Hansen Insta-Dri X Sour Patch Kids collection has seven shades with Halloween-inspired names such as R.I.P-urple, Pump-kid and Hallogreen.
While you can't eat the polish, it does have an enticing quick-dry formula with base and top coats built in to save you time. The polish is said to dry in about 60 seconds.
"The collaboration between Sour Patch Kids and Sally Hansen is based on a true consumer insight as our super fans are already painting their nails the colors of our candy, said Sour Patch Kids associate director of marketing Mili Laddha in a statement. "We're truly excited by the partnership and possibilities."
You can snag one of these spooktacular polishes for $6 while supplies last.
