Y2K-inspired

"The last few years have been heavy on fashion nostalgia with references to '90s and early-aughts throwbacks galore," Bergamotto said. "We are seeing some of Y2K's greatest fashion hits back in rotation but this time with some 2024 updates -- staples like baby tees, rhinestones, mini bags, and claw clips will still be around, as will mesh tops and low-rise jeans."

"Eclectic Grandpa"

"No matter what you call it -- Eclectic Grandpa or grandpacore -- this look is a funky interpretation of your grandad's closet."

Bergamotto shared that Pinterest is seeing a 60% uptick in searches for grandpacore and a more than 130% increase in searches for eclectic fashion.

"When you think about this trend, think about oversized vintage-looking cardigans, academia-inspired accessories, retro patterns, funky sweater vests and baggy trousers," Bergamotto added.

Bow trend

"The hyperfeminine and coquette trends are both on the upswing, and while they coincide in a few ways, there's no stronger overlap than with one super girlie detail: the bow."

Whether you choose to incorporate this trendy subtly or more directly, we've hand-picked a few options below to get you started.
