Ariana Grande files for divorce from Dalton Gomez after 2 years of marriage
The singer married Gomez in 2021.
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are divorcing.
On Monday, the “Thank U, Next” singer, 30, filed for divorce from Gomez, 28, a realtor, in Los Angeles.
The case docket for the couple shows that Grande filed for divorce first and Gomez filed a response that same day.

“Good Morning America” has reached out to Grande’s rep and Gomez's attorney for comment.
Grande, who is currently working on the upcoming “Wicked: Part One” film, married Dalton in May 2021, nearly a year after the two went Instagram official.
The couple announced their engagement in Dec. 2020 when Grande posted a photo of a ring with the caption, “forever n then some.”

Grande’s rep told People and confirmed to ABC News after the news of their marriage broke, saying the occasion was “tiny and intimate -- less than 20 people.”
“The room was so happy and full of love,” Grande’s rep added. “The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”
