Jennifer Lopez's 50th birthday 'Jenny from the Block party' includes epic dance-off

And her fiance Alex Rodriguez shares a video that will bring tears to your eyes.

Well that escalated quickly... in the best way.

To celebrate her 50th birthday, Jennifer Lopez had a party that was out of this world. It took place at close friends Gloria and Emilio Estefan's home in Miami.

In videos shared by both her and her fiance, Alex Rodriguez, you see the entire club dancing to "All the Way Up."

Rappers like Fat Joe are seen performing and giving the icon praise. Others in attendance include DJ Khaled and Ashanti.

"A lil bday turn up 💜 #itsmyparty #allthewayup," Lopez wrote on Instagram, while the former baseball star added,"TONIGHT was a Jenny from the Block party, and we took it from the Bronx all the way to the 305!!! Happy 5-0, @JLo. Te amo mucho."

Rodriguez also shared a ridiculously sweet video of the entire family, including their kids.

"#HappyBirthdayJLO. It’s your party, Jennifer! Thank you for inviting all of us to share this special day with you," he wrote.

The singer commented, "I’m crying....I love our life...I love you so much... thank you my beautiful Macho."

In the clip, the baller says she makes him feel "like everyday is my birthday" and that "you are simply the best partner in life."

"Let's make this birthday a very special one," he added.

Rodriguez wasn't the only one sharing the birthday joy, as many fans and fellow stars spoke out Wednesday to wish her the best day ever.

Oscar winner Viola Davis wrote, "Happy birthday to the eternally youthful @JLo! You are a fine wine."

Ellen DeGeneres got in on the fun.

And so many more.

It's not a birthday if Oprah doesn't send you a message is it?

Safe to say this was a party for the ages.
