'Supergirl' star Melissa Benoist welcomes son Huxley Robert Wood

Melissa Benoist has given birth to a baby boy.

The "Supergirl" actress wrote in an Instagram caption Friday that she and her husband, actor Chris Wood, welcomed a son "a few weeks ago."

They named the newborn Huxley Robert Wood.

"This little boy is everything," Benoist wrote.

Added Wood: "He’s amazing and no it’s probably none of your business xo brb see you in 18 years."

Benoist, 31, announced her pregnancy in March. A few weeks later, Wood, 32, revealed the baby's sex in an Instagram post.

"My little boy is gonna rock 990s just like his dad and that makes the world feel a little less sad today," he wrote.

Benoist and Wood, who reportedly met on the set of "Supergirl," were romantically linked for the first time in 2017. They wed last year.
