Taylor Swift starstruck after Mr. Feeny actor praises 'Red (Taylor's Version)'
William Daniels played Mr. Feeny on "Boy Meets World" from 1993 to 2000.
You'd think that Taylor Swift, one of the world's biggest pop stars, isn't often starstruck -- but a recent celebrity shoutout has the "All Too Well" singer over the moon.
William Daniels, who played the lovable Mr. Feeny on "Boy Meets World," praised Swift's newly rerecorded "Red (Taylor's Version)" album in an adorable TikTok video.
"Hello! It's Bill Daniels," the 94-year-old actor began. "You know, some things get better with age, like the wisdom of Mr. Feeny. So, I'm here to tell you to listen to the new and better version of 'Red' by Taylor Swift."
He credited his granddaughter, Grace, for recommending the album to him before signing off with, "As you know all too well: Believe in yourself. Dream. Try. Do good."
Swift, 31, was seemingly overwhelmed by the kind words, writing in the comments, "My brother and I are FREAKING OUT, we're huge fans!!! This is so awesome. Thank you! And thank you Grace!!!"
Although Daniels is best known for "Boy Meets World" from 1993 to 2000, he also starred on "Knight Rider" and "St. Elsewhere" in the '80s. He had a stint on "Grey's Anatomy" in 2012 and reprised his iconic Mr. Feeny character for "Girl Meets World," the recent "Boy Meets World" spin-off.
Now we all know: Mr. Feeny is officially a Swiftie.
