An exclusive new clip from the TLC reality series "19 Kids & Counting," shows Duggar, 22, volunteering at a local birthing center while Dillard spent time with her father, Jim Bob. "I really do have a goal, a vision, just someday to be out on the mission fields somewhere out of the U.S. and hopefully provide care for families [and] for women," Duggar said. "Me meeting Derick has also been neat to see where his heart is also just helping other people outside the U.S. so it's really neat to see that we both have the same visions, the same goals."
