Daphne Oz is a 2008 graduate of Princeton University and the author of the national bestseller The Dorm Room Diet, first published in 2006. Daphne is developing a campaign to raise youth awareness about health access and food politics in America. She is an in-demand speaker on health, diet, and wellness issues facing teens and young adults. The daughter of Dr. Mehmet Oz and Lisa Oz, co-authors of the #1 New York Times bestselling "You" books, Daphne grew up in Cliffside Park, N.J., and now resides in New York City with her husband John.
