The snazzy grandma sported fairy wings and a magic wand as she was pushed down the aisle.

“I was working it back and forth,” she said of the wand. “You know how that goes -- like a queen.”

Her granddaughter, Keely Crimando, said her grandmother is her “bestie” and couldn’t imagine not including her on the big day.

“My grandma means the world to me. It’s hard to narrow it down to words what she means to me,” Crimando, 26, said. “She also is a very inspiring person. She’s resilient and worked so hard. She’s also my best friend. We always catch up on gossip, and she was the first one I called when I knew Michael [Crimando] was the one.”

There were actually five flower girls in the wedding – her grandmother, her aunt Flissa Mannella, and three little girls. But Czartorski was the queen bee.

“The fairy wings and wands were because my aunt Flissa is the family’s fairy godmother, so I figured, let’s do flower fairies!” Keely Crimando explained.

Wedding photographer Lara Rose Cenovski captured the sentimental moment as Czartorski beamed with pride waving her wand to the crowd.

“Keely placed a huge importance on her grandma being there and was over-the-moon that she could be the flower girl,” said Cenovski.

Czartorski said the entire day gave her “such a good feeling.”

“It meant so much to me because I’m her grandmother and to pick me, at 86 years old, to go down the aisle with them, it gave me such a good feeling,” said a proud Czartorski. “She’s my baby, and she’s got such a beautiful husband.”

The happy bride, who is now in Hawaii on her delayed honeymoon, said her grandma “was the star of the show.”
