Facebook Suffers Brief Outage Again

— -- Facebook suffered what appeared to be brief outage this afternoon -- the second in the last week. There’s also water on Mars. What a day to be alive!

The social network appears to be up and running again. A Facebook representative told ABC News in a statement the company is "currently restoring Facebook services that people had trouble accessing earlier today due to a configuration issue. We’re working to bring things back to normal for everyone. We apologize to those who have been inconvenienced.”

Thank goodness for Twitter, where many went to voice their frustrations during the down time.
