Casey Anthony: Florida Judge Rules to Unseal 'Inflammatory' Tape

Broke and unemployed, Anthony was forced out of hiding and ordered to return to Florida at the end of August to serve a year of probation for her check fraud conviction. Perry has also ordered that Anthony reimburse local and state investigators more than $217,000 to help pay for Caylee's search.

In mid-September, Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, made a buzzed about appearance on the "Dr. Phil" show, revealing their personal beliefs about what happened to their granddaughter.

"Yeah I blame my daughter for Caylee not being here today," George Anthony said on the "Dr Phil" show. "I believe she was there and I also believe she probably had some help."

Cindy Anthony, however, said she believes her daughter's claims that the death was an accident.

"I buy the part that Caylee drowned," she said.

Anthony was convicted on four counts of lying to authorities. One of her admitted lies was that Caylee had been snatched by a babysitter, triggering a massive investigation and search.
