Carrie Fisher, Mary Tyler Moore honored during 2017 Emmys 'In Memoriam'
The award show took a look at stars we lost this past year.
— -- During the 2017 Emmy Awards, Carrie Fisher, Mary Tyler Moore, Jerry Lewis and other stars that died this past year were honored.
Oscar-winner Viola Davis came out mid-show to introduce Christopher Jackson of "Hamilton," who sang Stevie Wonder's iconic song "As," while the names of those the acting world lost adorned the Emmys wall one at a time.
In addition to Fisher, her mother Debbie Reynolds, who died one day after her daughter, was also honored.
Joining the "Star Wars" icon and her legendary mother, were "Dick Van Dyke Show" and "Mary Tyler Moore Show" star Mary Tyler Moore, "Brady Bunch" star Florence Henderson, Lewis and many more.
Funnyman Don Rickles, "Batman" star Adam West, John Heard, Nelsan Ellis, Powers Boothe, Zsa Zsa Gábor, Roger Moore, John Hurt, Gwen Ifill, Martin Landau, Alan Thicke and others were also mentioned.
